Isn't it amazing how each child in a family is your very favorite?
Each one gifts your heart with something that no one else can. Each has talents and messages that cannot be substituted by anyone else.
Each holds their spot in your heart quite independent of anything they do or say...and at the same time...holds their spot in your heart because of the things they do and say.
Isn't it something how each child changes you in their wake, molds you in their sleep, and inspires you with their love.
Isn't it something how they bond to each other as children in ways that neither distance nor adulthood can erase. A group of siblings, each unique in: looks, outlooks, choices, abilities, dreams, professions, and gifts, yet each such a major part of the whole: such forever friends.
Isn't it amazing how they grow up and leave and add to your family, new members, (spouses and children), to cherish, learn from, and love. Isn't it something how your family grows and grows...isn't it something how your heart grows and grows.
And...Isn't it something how each one is your very favorite!

9 more grandchildren have born since this photo was taken! Plus, two more are on their way this summer, and we can't wait to meet them!
Life is amazingly great and we have been blessed beyond measure!

Oh, I love this! I always knew that Brooke was your favorite too -and then Elisa. But those days are over. I am the favorite and always will be at this point, so it's all good :) I love these pictures. Look at all those kids! You're amazing, Mom. Thank you for creating such a great childhood for us that allowed us to all be very close. We had some good times!
